What Is The Best Pigeon Bait?

Pigeons will eat almost anything, but so will many other species of birds. If other birds are eating the bait, it may be harder to catch the pigeons. If you use bird seed and/or grain, other birds will be happy. So adding whole corn (or completely replacing the seed) will work better. Smaller birds will not usually feed on whole corn. That said, sometimes whole corn may be over or misused, which can render it ineffective. Sometimes you just have to try different baits to have an effective pigeon trapping program.

A quality pigeon trapping program will only be as good as the best pigeon bait option you choose. If you see that the pest pigeons are feeding on something that's readily available to them, you may want to consider that food source as the best pigeon bait available. It may be easier to lure them into a trap with a food source they are used to and that may shorten the time it takes to get rid of pigeons.
